Anna is a farm where respect for the environment, biodiversity, genuineness of products are fundamental points in the daily work of their careful and motivated farmers. The company’s plot of land mostly hosts olive trees and vines; the remaining part is cultivated with wheat and cereals. There is also a vegetable garden and a dry garden, where the company brings on a project for the recovering and protection of botanical species typical of Mediterranean scrub. Products cultivated in the farm go partly on sale to general public and partly to furnish, following the short supplying chain, the restaurant Osteria Origano, a gem in the historical center of Minervino di Lecce, a place to discover for its high level care in hospitality and the delicious surprises in its cuisine.
