Located in contrada Lamadoro, in the Barone Melodia’s manor farm, the company is actually owned by the family’s last heir, Pantaleo. Care and attention are the basis for every step in the production chain, from olive groves cultivation until harvesting and milling of the fruits, with the most innovative techniques. The company produces not only a classic extravirgin olive oil, Dop Castel del Monte certified, but also a wide choice of aromatic olive oils, typical products and marinated vegetables. Recently, a new “food and shop” area has been set up inside the mill, named OlìOLà, where customers can have a light lunch with typical recipes and snacks from the territory (such as bruschetta). At the shop all the company’s products are available - extra virgin olive oils, aromatic olive oils, marinated vegetables, patées.
