EVOO s.r.l. was born with a definite goal: producing, valorizing and selling typical products from Puglia. Its products portfolio is wide, comprehending many brands (Graco, Mito, Sinfonia d’Autore, Maria Costanza). Core business of the company is the production of extravirgin oil from the typical olive variety in Torremaggiore area, the “Peranzana”. Widely known for their quality and low temperatures production techniques, Citrus flavoured olive oils are made pressing olives with Lemon, Tangerine and Bergamot, while Spicy olive oils with chilli pepper, basil and garlic are made by infusion. Other products are patées and bruschettas, perfect to dress pasta and sandwiches, ready made sauces, marinated vegetables and table olives. All products are made at low temperatures, following the artisanal technique, and don’t contain pigments nor preservatives.
