Santoro family is in love with Puglia, with its light, tastes, flavours, history.

Since ages they live in one of the most extraordinary landscapes of the region, Salento, where they dedicate to olive growing and extra virgin olive oil production, improving both on the side of cultivation and care of their amazing trees – which they love to call “centennial monuments” – and on the side of Evo production, where the biggest part of the family’s efforts go in getting products at the highest quality level.

Under the brand "Sant’Oro" the oil mill propones a special extra virgin olive oil, quality certified, completely trackable from the olives to the consumer’s table.
